Amerivest Investment Management, LLC will assess an advisory fee based on the value of assets in your TD AMERITRADE Investing Account. The annual fee for the first $100,000 in account value will be 75 basis points. The annual fee for the next $400,000 (or portion thereof) in account value will be 50 basis points. The annual fee for all additional assets in the account above $500,000 will be 35 basis points. The annual fee for account values less than $20,000 will be the lesser of $150 or 295 basis points. The fee for all Amerivest clients will be assessed on the first trading day of each quarter in advance for that quarter and will be prorated for accounts opened and closed during the quarter. TD AMERITRADE, Inc. will not charge commissions for associated ETF trades placed in your TD AMERITRADE Investing Account. TD AMERITRADE Investing Accounts offer Internet trades only, and only in connection with Amerivest.
