* TD AMERITRADE 5-Second Guarantee Details

Your trade will be commission-free if it takes over 5 seconds to execute your Guarantee Qualified Order. Other fees, however, may still apply. Guarantee Qualified Orders are limited to Market orders to buy or sell at least 100 and up to 1,000 shares of an equity included in the Standard & Poor's 100 Index® and entered using "Auto Routing" between the hours of 9:45 a.m. ET and 3:59:55 p.m. ET via the TD AMERITRADE Web site in any account. When the market closes early, the time parameters of the offer will be modified accordingly. Execution speed is calculated beginning when your order is accepted by TD AMERITRADE and ending when TD AMERITRADE receives an execution report from the market showing your order was filled or showing you received a partial fill.

Guarantee Qualified Orders specifically exclude all orders with order qualifiers, conditions or terms such as Limit, Stop, Stop Limit, MOC, AON, FOK and DNR instructions, or any short sales. The 5-second guarantee will not apply to any Guarantee Qualified Order during fast market conditions, communication outages or delays or a halted market. In addition, the guarantee will not apply to subsequent partial fills on the same order; orders that are "stopped" at a price by a specialist/market maker awaiting price improvement; orders on which a cancel, cancel replace or other edit request has been entered; or orders placed in the Extended-Hours Trading session.

TD AMERITRADE specifically retains the right to restrict or revoke the 5-second guarantee at any time. Many factors can affect the price, speed and liquidity of your trade. Some of these factors include, but are not limited to, market volatility, size and type of your order, and the number of available markets for a particular security.

Market volatility, volume and system availability may delay account access and trade executions. Prices can change quickly in fast market conditions, resulting in an execution price very different from the quote displayed at order entry.
