Set up pop-up blocker — Mozilla Firefox for Windows

To use the Mozilla Firefox pop-up blocker for Windows

To turn the pop-up blocker on or off:

  • From the Tools menu, select Options.
  • Select Content tab.
  • Select or unselect the box labeled Block Pop-up Windows (at the top).

To allow pop-up windows from certain trusted sites:

  • From the Tools menu, select Options.
  • Select Content tab.
  • Go to Allowed Sites (on the right).
  • Type in the address of the trusted site. To add the TD AMERITRADE site, type in wwws.ameritrade.com
  • Click OK.

To temporarily allow pop-ups from the TD AMERITRADE site:

  • Click the pop-up blocker toolbar that shows up when a pop-up is blocked.
  • Click Allow pop-ups from www.tdameritrade.com.
