Fees not covered by the guarantee
While the guarantee covers a wide range of fees and commissions, there are services to which it does not apply. These include Program Fees for accounts managed by, or referred to, investment advisors who are not affiliated with TD Ameritrade; Schwab-affiliated investment advisors; or separately managed accounts (SMAs). The guarantee also does not apply to TradeWise Advisors, Inc. fees, market data and news fees, operating expenses charged by mutual funds and ETFs, or interest paid on margin loans.

Your request must be received within 90 days of the date that the fee was charged.
Refund processing time
